The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run our apps, we never see your full card number, and we never sell your data. Period.

Who we are

Nissim Solutions is a small family-run app studio. This policy covers every product we operate under the domains listed above.

What we collect

Account details — your email address and display name when you sign up for an account on one of our products.
Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe; we never receive or store it. We keep records of what you bought, when, and your subscription status.
Content you upload — some products let you upload or record content (for example, audio recordings in FartBank or FlatoScope). Your content stays yours; we store it to provide the service.
Shipping details — for physical merch orders, we collect your shipping address and pass it to our fulfillment partner solely to deliver your order.
Basic usage data — standard logs (pages visited, errors, approximate region from IP) to keep the services working and fix problems.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We don't run third-party ad tracking on our checkout or account pages.
We don't send marketing email unless you opted in — and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share data with

Only the vendors needed to run the services: Stripe (payments), our hosting providers (Cloudflare, Railway), and a fulfillment partner for physical merch. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for signing in and keeping your session. No cross-site advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Reply to any receipt or contact us through any of our product sites and we'll take care of it promptly.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged in-product.
